New Summer Shred Challenge Starts on Monday June 20th

This is a fun brand new challenge that will be available to all premium app subscription members inside the app, with both an at home and at gym version so that anyone can participate!
The workout split for the new summer challenge will be 4 workout days each week.
This is the suggested schedule but you can arrange your rest days with what works best for you..
Day 1: Glutes, Hamstrings, Back
Day 2: Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Quads, Glutes, Chest
Day 5: Biceps, Triceps, Back, Shoulders
Day 6: Active recovery – yoga, hiking, walking
Day 7: Rest
