The pictures that come along with the exercises are great, they give the the correct form and if you’re not sure of the correct movement just watch the video (easier on a computer) and you’ll have it down. Another thing that was very helpful for me was the workout schedule to tell me exactly what day I should do what muscle group. The programs are simple enough for beginners to follow without failure and once you become more experienced you can add some of your own moves to complicate it up. If you want a workout that you can do at home or the gym just as easily these are the workouts for you.”
