I tried out all three this week and Loved them. Each workout specifically targets the glutes and hamstrings with a superset for quads too. I found the exercises easy to follow from the video instructions. I really liked how I could use one piece of equipment for a superset. This is essential in a busy gym. There’s a good mix of single leg exercises in here to really target those booty muscles. All in all I would highly reccomend. My booty is on fire. I’ve been training for two years but I’ve never done a glute day like Zoe’s. Major thumbs up from Me ???

Zoe has done it again! My glutes, hamstrings and quads are on fire with these workouts!! I interchanged these during my leg or Glute days and I was SORE the next day. After her supersets your legs will feel like jello from lifting heavy ad pushing your body to grow. She knows how to hit every aspect of your hamstring/glutes to really feel you target them.
